Managing Teacher Profile

Teachers can manage their profile in Flocabulary to adjust preferences and access account information. To get to the profile screen, hover over your name in the top right corner and select "My Profile".

My Account

Teacher Information

If you are connected to Flocabulary via the Google or Office 365 Single Sign On or with your district's Clever account, a message will appear at the top of your profile with this information. If you are not connected to your district's Google or Office 365 account, you will see an option to connect your Flocabulary account by clicking on the Google or Office 365 button.

You are logged in via Google as demo@test.edu. (disconnect)

You can select or change your role from the drop down menu and add your title in the Teacher Information section. You can also select one or more subjects and grade levels. This will update the lessons that appear in the Recommendations section on your Flocabulary homepage. Click the "Update Profile" button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Note: If you are on a Lite subscription, you will also find your Class Login information in this section. Learn more about class logins for the Flocab Lite plan.

Microsoft's Immersive Reader

You can enable Microsoft's Immersive Reader on their own account from the My Profile screen. Note that this will turn on Immersive Reader on your teacher account only. Learn more about Flocabulary's integration with Microsoft's Immersive Reader

Favorite Lessons

You can view the lessons that you have favorited by clicking on the "Favorite Lessons" tab on the left side of the screen. This will allow you to view lessons you have already favorited in Flocabulary.

You can remove a lesson from your favorites by hovering over the lesson and clicking on the minus sign. You can view 5 Ways to Find Content for information on how to add lessons to your favorites.

Subscription Info

You can access information about your Flocabulary subscription by clicking on the "Subscription Info" tab on the left side of the screen. If you are part of a school or district subscription, you will see a message that your subscription is managed by your organization.

If you have a Lite subscription, you will see information about your Flocabulary subscription, including the plan type, next billing date, and subscription number.
