If you are getting a message in the My Classes section that you don't have access, there are 2 reasons this may be happening:
1. Wrong Plan Type. Only schoolwide licenses that are paid subscriptions (as opposed to trial subscriptions) get access to this section. If you don't have a schoolwide license, you won't be able to access it. See further explanation on our different plans.
2. Need to Enable Features. If you have a schoolwide license, the features in the My Classes section need to be explicitly enabled by your Flocabulary manager. If you have a schoolwide license but are not able to use the features in My Classes, talk to your Flocabulary manager or contact us about getting these features turned on.
