Flocabulary Plans / License Types

Follow

Flocabulary has several different plans with different levels of access to Flocabulary features. If you see a message on the site that you don't have access to something, you likely need to upgrade your plan to get access.

With Flocabulary Plus, schools and districts have access to all Flocabulary features, PLUS access to a new interactive activity on all Flocabulary lessons and a new library of comprehension content. Read these articles to learn more about Flocab Mix and the Break Down Activity.

Our Plans & Pricing page gives an overview of the different plans available as well as how to purchase or get in touch with a rep to learn more about a school or district license.

FAQ for Flocabulary Plus Subscriptions

How will users be able to tell whether they have Flocabulary Plus?

Users will see a notation next to their name in the profile dropdown on the top right.

What will happen when a school or district is downgraded from Flocabulary Plus to standard Flocabulary?

  • Teachers and students will lose access to create Mixes
  • Teachers and students will lose access to the Informational Text topic area and the Video Text lessons
  • Teachers and students will lose access to the Break it Down activity across Flocabulary
  • Any Mixes or Texts that have been favorited by teachers and students will be removed from their Favorites
  • Any assignments on Mixes or Texts (whether complete or incomplete) will be removed for both teachers and students. This includes assignment results.
  • Any assignments of the Break it Down activity on regular Flocab lessons (e.g. a science lesson) will be removed, including the results. If the assignment included other non-Plus activities (e.g. quiz), those activities will still be able to be completed as part of the assignment. The assignment will not disappear; Break it Down will just be removed if it was assigned.
